REGISTRATION

Early package pick up will be Friday Sept. 3rd, 2010 at CUC-Canadian University College (5415 College Avenue, Lacombe, AB) from 6pm to 8pm.

Race Day Registration and check in is at CUC-Gym starting at 7am -8:30am.

Finish line and BBQ will be in the field beside the CUC-Gym.

At registration you will receive a garbage bag with your name on it. This is used to put your gear in after you exit the water. Please put this bag by your bike and it will be driven to the finish line. Only Participants and volunteers will be allowed in the bike area.

Cyclists

-This is not a sanctioned race and we will not penalize riders for drafting, But Manners suggest that you do NOT draft. If you are new and don’t know what drafting is , don’t stress about it. Slower riders keep to the right. Do not take up the whole shoulder of the main Highway. Faster riders let the slower riders know you are coming up on by shouting “ On your Left”
- Please no headphones on your bike. It is a major safety issue.
-Please be careful when turning onto the Highway, look both ways and follow police and traffic controllers.
